With varying opinions, how do you as a parent discuss race and racism with your child? We should number one give children limited facts. Some of the facts are not age appropriate is the reason "limited" is used here. For my family I state the facts, give the time to express their feelings and then I give my opinion, and finally I find a scripture or tell what God's word says about the topic. However, I try really hard not to allow my opinion to overshadow their opinion. This will make a child or an adult resent having the open conversation. What are your thoughts?
